- 刪除帳號不會刪掉你手機裡的照片。那些照片從頭到尾都只存在你的裝置上，我們從來沒有它們的副本。
- Deleting your account does not delete the photos on your phone. Those photos only ever existed on your device — we never had a copy of them.

方式一：在 App 內（最快，立即執行）
- 開啟拍簿 App
- 點下方的「我的」
- 進入「帳號」
- 捲到底，選擇「刪除帳號」
- 依畫面指示長按確認
確認後立即執行，不需要等我們人工處理。
方式二：從這個網頁提出（不需要安裝 App）
如果你已經刪除 App、換了手機，或無法登入，請用你當初註冊帳號時使用的電子郵件地址 寄信給我們。點下面的按鈕會自動帶好收件人與主旨：
信件中請註明你的註冊信箱與登入方式（Apple 或 Google）。 為保護你的資料，我們會確認來信信箱與帳號信箱一致； 若你使用 Apple 的「隱藏我的電子郵件」，請直接以該中繼位址寄信即可。
Route 1 — in the app (fastest, takes effect immediately)
- Open Pibook
- Tap Profile in the bottom bar
- Open Account
- Scroll down and choose Delete Account
- Press and hold to confirm
This runs immediately — no manual processing on our side is needed.
Route 2 — request from this page (no app required)
If you have already removed the app, changed phones, or cannot sign in, email us from the address your account uses. The button below fills in the recipient and subject for you:
Please state your account email and your sign-in method (Apple or Google). To protect your data we check that the sending address matches the account. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, simply write from that relay address.
2會刪掉什麼What gets deleted
下列資料會從我們的正式系統中完全移除：

The following are completely removed from our production systems:

| The account itself | Email address, the user identifier from Apple or Google, display name, sign-in tokens. |
| Cloud progress backups | All backup files, including the photo fingerprints and organising state inside them. |
| Device records | Identifiers and sync timestamps for devices you signed in from. |
| Entitlement records | Premium expiry, earned days, source markers. |
| Photos uploaded for orders | If you ordered a printed product, the photos uploaded for it are deleted too (if production is under way, immediately after dispatch). |
| Analytics identity link | Your user identifier is unlinked from analytics. Existing events survive only as non-identifying statistics. |
3會保留什麼，以及為什麼What is retained, and why
有一小部分資料依法必須保留，無法應要求刪除。 這些紀錄會與你的帳號解除連結，僅保留法律所要求的最少欄位：

你的訂閱不會因為刪除帳號而取消。 訂閱是你與 Apple 或 Google 之間的計費關係，我們沒有權限終止它。 如果你不想再被扣款，請另外到 iPhone 的「設定 → 你的姓名 → 訂閱項目」， 或 Google Play 的「付款與訂閱 → 訂閱項目」取消。
A small amount of data must be kept by law and cannot be deleted on request. These records are unlinked from your account and reduced to the minimum fields the law requires:

| Residual copies on backup media | Disaster-recovery backups rotate and are overwritten as a whole; selective deletion of a single record is not possible. | Overwritten within 90 days |
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Billing is a relationship between you and Apple or Google, and we have no authority to end it. To stop being charged, cancel separately in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions in Google Play.

刪除是不可逆的。刪除後你仍然可以繼續使用拍簿的離線整理功能， 也可以隨時重新註冊 —— 但先前的雲端整理進度無法復原。
Deletion is irreversible. You can keep using Pibook’s offline organising features afterwards and can sign up again at any time — but your previous cloud progress cannot be restored.
5只想刪部分資料？Want to delete only part of your data?
- 只想停止使用分析：不必刪帳號。在 App 內「我的 → 偏好設定」關閉即可。
- 只想刪雲端備份、保留帳號：在 App 內「我的 → 帳號」關閉雲端備份，並選擇刪除既有備份。
- 想先取得一份資料副本：刪除前來信 privacy@pibook.app，我們會以可機器讀取的格式提供。
- Just want analytics off: no need to delete your account — switch it off in Profile → Preferences.
- Just want the cloud backup gone: turn off cloud backup in Profile → Account and choose to delete existing backups.
- Want a copy of your data first: write to privacy@pibook.app before deleting and we will provide it in a machine-readable format.
